The hotel was very clean and tidy, my room was also very clean, had trouble with our cards opening the door but quickly rectified. Corridors were quite noisy late into the evening. Food average but I’m a fussy eater anyway! Would stay again though and staff were very friendly

I'd read quite a few reviews ahead of visiting so the visit met my expectations. The staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay, and the service we received was good, however we did spend most of our time out and about so it was really just somewhere to sleep. I had read ahead of time that a travel card was necessary and this was a great piece of advice. For 18 euros each we had a travel card for the duration of our stay which included busses, trams and trains on the metro. The metro system is much easier to navigate than others I've used such as London and Paris because there are just two main lines that cross over in the center where you can easily change from one line to the other. The only issue was had with regards to travel was that we were advised to get the travel card from the shop across the street but when we went there we were told quite abruptly (at 10am) "Finished!" I don't think they spoke very good English in the shop but it was pretty clear we weren't getting anything from them. Wasn't the end of the world as we just walked to the Metro station on day one and bought our ticket there from the machine. Don't get me wrong it was a 40 minute walk, but we were in no rush. Another good tip if you don't speak the language is to download the google translate app. You can hold up your camera to written text and it will translate on screen. Very useful for cash machines, posters, train routes etc. You can also speak into it and it will translate for you to show it to the person you're trying to engage with. I'd read on a few reviews that the aircon wasn't working and I must be honest and say I never got ours up and running, but it is quite possible it was just a little complicated rather than broken and i never asked for help with it because it wasn't all that hot whilst we were there. The food was fine at both breakfast and dinner but with all the options in and around Rome we didn't eat at the hotel very often. Overall we had a great holiday and my only advice would be that if you don't like using public transport, or are not hiring a car then this is probably not the hotel for you if you're planning on sightseeing. Otherwise, it ticks all the boxes!

We used this business hotel as a base for our sightseeing city break, set in a quiet urban location, very friendly and helpful reception staff, unfortunately our room was in need of a freshen up ( a bit of TLC required), room safe did not work, toilet was very noisy. restaurant staff and service very good but as we were based there for a week I found the menu limited. lobby bar staff again very friendly and helpful but bar lacked any atmosphere and I found the surroundings uninviting , lucky there are good local cafes, bars and restaurant just a short walk away.

Awesome hotel friendly staff rooms clean and tidy and new towels and sheets everyday. Bar was very nice massive tv with free snacks bar staff couldn’t help you enough. Taxis in to town with excellent service
